• Civil Attorney with 24 years’ legal experience — skilled in complex issue analysis & fact

• Community Impact Reports to be required before approval of major projects
• Comprehensive water supply assessment before permitting substantial new water demands
• Local business enhancement — no outsourcing of City work that can be done here
• Unified commercial core — no “new town” capturing sales from established
• Sensible scope and location of proposed developments — no floodplain high rise buildings
• New housing scaled to manageable proportions — affordable and responsive to actual ..demand
• Traffic solutions and in-town jitney service — no more overloading our town center street
system
• Better neighborhood priorities — funding for street repair, parks, safety patrols, crosswalks
• Attract new businesses with environmentally friendly products and services; create local jobs
• Enhance our town’s eco-visitor natural facilities — preserve and protect the Laguna
• Growth within our means — we must respect our natural geographic and infrastructure limits
